Marie-Pier Leroux is an Indigenous, neurodivergent social worker and gerontologist with a deep passion for neurodiversity. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Gerontology, combining academic knowledge with lived experience in her work.
​
She specializes in supporting people and communities through grief and loss, with a focus on Indigenous peoples, neurodivergent individuals, and older adults. Her approach is rooted in respect, cultural safety, and a strengths-based perspective, making sure everyone she works with feels heard, understood, and valued. Therapy and support with Marie-Pier are collaborative; she follows your lead, helping you reframe, process, and integrate your experiences in ways that fit your personality and needs.

Passionate about advocacy and education, Marie-Pier creates and delivers trainings on autism and neurodiversity, helping professionals and organizations build more inclusive, compassionate practices. Lindsay Victor - Registered Psychologist

Lindsay has worked in the counselling field for over 15 years and has been a registered psychologist since 2013. She has worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds in
several roles during this time. She lived in Slave Lake, AB, during the wildfire natural disaster in 2011 while completing her formal training to become a registered Psychologist. In this role, she
provided counselling to the surrounding Indigenous communities and residents of Slave Lake.
She has supported children, adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and grief and loss. She values the innate uniqueness and wisdom of each person and our shared needs for safety, community and connection. Her counselling approach is informed by these values and a commitment to offering a compassionate and respectful relationship in therapy. Her curiosity and appreciation for the need we each have to heal in ways that best fit for ourself has led her towards using an integrative therapy approach.
Her formal education consists of a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University. Her areas of special interest include grief/loss, death/dying and intergenerational trauma. Over the past few years she has been studying the the area of transpersonal psychology which explores depth psychology, creativity, consciousnesses research and psycho-spiritual aspects of health and healing. She draws from various modalities, including Expressive Art Therapy, solution-focused therapy, Psychodynamic, Narrative, Mindfulness and CBT-based therapies. She is a registered psychologist in Alberta and Nova Scotia.

Richard Jones - Licensed Counselling Therapist

Richard is a Licensed Counselling Therapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor helping clients navigate their issues in New Brunswick. He holds a Master of Education in Counselling from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Science from Mount Allison University.
He uses a trauma informed approach drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with elements of Cognitive Behavioural and Solution Focused techniques. He believes in being collaborative with clients and meeting them where they are with their issues. A strengths-based approach is important to help clients use their values and what drives them to live more meaningful lives. With the right tools and support, clients can progress their goals, whether that means getting through a difficult time, managing anxiety, gaining confidence, communicating better with coworkers and loved ones, or just learning how to be more intentional with their time. He also believes a dash of humour goes a long way in therapy.

She brings extensive experience in providing counselling to individuals across diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds and a wide range of age groups.
Her areas of specialization include depression and anxiety, anger management, chronic illness, neurodevelopmental disorders (ASD, ADHD), and couples and relationship therapy. She is deeply committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, culturally responsive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. She has over 10 years of experience counselling clients from diverse backgrounds, including working in community mental health, employee and family assistance counselling, rehabilitation and disability psychology treatment, and school-based mental health.
Kate's area of specialty includes working with anxiety and depression, grief and loss, management of chronic illness and pain, and couples/relationship therapy. Kate enjoys helping people find their sense of purpose and presence in their lives and relationships. Her approach is to to help you feel heard through acceptance and validation of your emotions, and work with you to identify strategies to help you begin feeling and living your life differently.

She has also provided supports and counselling to adults experiencing serious and chronic mental health problems, individuals involved with the justice system, and adults who experienced childhood sexual abuse and sexual violence/exploitation. While in the role of Aboriginal Liaison Mental Health Therapist out of the Stony Plain Mental Health Clinic/Westview Hospital, Eileen provided mental health supports, counselling, and crisis intervention for Indigenous People in the Stony Plain region.
